Our Corporate Headquarters is located in Orlando, Florida.
Lisa Boyd, Vice President and Cajun Catering Director and Rick Boyd, General Manager of Sales, Marketing and Event Planning are the core management team of the Crawfish Company Of Central Florida, Inc.
Their family consists of four boys, Rick, 24, James, 23, Brian, 15 and Brett, 13. We live in Central Florida and all share a love for life, the outdoors and The Big Easy. We as a family enjoy camping, backpacking and dirt biking as well as travel.
We are all annual Grand Canyon Backpackers.
Lisa has been in the food service industry for over twenty-two years, from managing restaurants to advanced food preparation at such restaurants as The Olive Garden. She is an expert and professional in food safety and food preparation. She is well versed in customer service relations and needs. Lisa is our Catering Director, Sales Manager and Cajun Chef.
Rick has extensive Customer Service and Air Cargo experience and is now working as a Coordinator for Delta Air Line's Airport Coordination Center in the Delta Tower at Orlando International Airport. Rick has twenty-six years service with Delta Air Lines. Rick also has thirteen years experience planning and producing all aspects of Louisiana Crawfish Boils and Special Events from logistics and personnel management to booking name brand entertainment. Rick has coordinated the Rajun Cajun Seafood Festivals in Orlando since 1991.
Rick is well attuned to customer needs and expectations.
Rick is the Event Coordinator, Marketing Director and Cajun Chef.
Our Mission Goal
To provide complete Cajun production and catering services for company parties, private parties, special events, fund raisers
and festivals while providing the highest level of customer service and support to assure that the customer's goals and expectations are met or exceeded. Our Traditional Louisiana Crawfish Boils will recreate the taste, sounds and smells of the Cajun Festivals to stimulate your heart and mind and bring you back to the Bayou.
Our Crawfish and Seafood Division will ship quality Live Louisiana Crawfish Nationally at affordable prices to your airport so that you also can share in the Cajun Cuisine experience. We will provide a superior selection of Seafood and Cajun Products that include Farm Raised Alligator, Cajun Sausages, Shrimp and Crabs. We ship our Louisiana Products from Kenner, Louisiana.
Our Outdoor Cooking Equipment Division will provide our customers with a complete selection of Outdoor Cooking Equipment by Bayou Classic. We use the same equipment that we sell with our Catering Division. It is commercially rugged and up to the job. We ship our equipment nationally from Brandon, Mississippi right to the customer's doorstep. When an order is placed, we will ship the very next business day.
We will provide information, help and make ourselves available to our customers to assure our customers receive a good customer service experience.
Most importantly, we will make our customers our friends. We will care about our customers needs and make them a real part of our extended family. We will treat our customers on a personal level. We will treat our customers with the same respect and dignity that we would expect for ourselves.
